PARKING & GETTING AROUND
All parking around the building is on-street parking. Much of the neighborhood is considered Zone M. All reservations come with free access to a Zone M permit. There is no extra charge for the permit; however, you will need to return the permit at the end of your stay. All posted signs throughout the neighborhood are in effect. The permit allows you to park in Zone M marked spaces for as long as you like without getting ticketed. Other areas are clearly marked in duration of time allowed from 15 minutes to 4 hours and are patrolled during the hours of 9am-7pm Monday-Saturday (read the signs carefully if you want further clarification). If you lose the permit or neglect to return it at check-out there will be a $200 replacement fee. A plethora of public transportation options are also easily accessible from the building, including the Portland Streetcar, Max and Tri-Met buses. KEYS
Check in and out is made extra easy through the street side lock box. Lost keys may result in a replacement key fee of $50.
LAUNDRY
Free access to washer and dryer are located on site.
TECHNOLOGY
All DTR units are equipped with WIFI. The TV set up is very basic. Some local channels are available but cable is not installed. The TV antenna is fickle about picking up all channels. There is a DVD player so remember to pack some of your favorite flicks in case our selection isn’t of interest.
KIDS
DTR loves welcoming kids! Each apartment is equipped with kid friendly items such as a high chair, pack and play, dishes and cups. Additional items may be available as needed.
PETS
Dogs are the only pets considered and must be approved prior to arrival. An additional fee may apply. Please wipe their paws and feel free to use the dog essentials basket complete with food and water bowls, towels and more. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture, including the bed.
CANCELLATIONS
For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made seven full days prior to scheduled check in date, otherwise there is no refund issued. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday of the previous week to get a 50% refund less any associated taxes and fees (The Airbnb service fee is non-refundable). Cleaning fees are always refunded if you did not check in. A reservation is only officially canceled when you click the cancellation button on Airbnb’s cancellation confirmation page. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If you arrive and decide to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

Q: What time is check-in?
A: Check-in starts at 4pm. Lock boxes are attached to our apartments for your convenience.

Q: What if I am arriving early?
A: We understand if you need to arrive early in the day due to flight schedules or driving conditions. We do, however, ask you to call us (503-490-4136) to inquire about an early check in prior to your scheduled arrival. If our housekeepers are able to adjust their schedule we would be happy to welcome you for an early check- in.
Q: What if I am arriving late?
A: No problem! The key is in the lock box so you can gain entry anytime after 4pm on your arrival date.
Q: Is the apartment fully furnished?
A: Yes! The properties come equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, silverware, glassware, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, basic spices, etc. Our bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, washcloths, hair dryers, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Comfortable King or Queen beds made with fresh clean linens, pillows and comforters are provided for each bedroom and spare bed. We stock our rentals with an initial supply of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and dish soap. For most guests, the initial supply is enough however, we have found it helpful for some to bring extra. This is especially recommended for guests staying for more than ten nights. Child friendly equipment is also available in each apartment including high chair, dishes, cups and a pack and play is available upon request. Free wifi comes standard and coin operated laundry facilities are on site.
Q: Are your properties pet-friendly?
A: Yes, our apartments are pet-friendly. We will only accept pre-approved dogs and there is a pet fee associated with all pet stays.
